Day 06 - Anything Hello Kitty

I'm not quite sure what Day 06 is asking me but i do love Hello Kitty :) haha I actually no long own anything Hello Kitty but i use to own everything Hello Kitty! XD

Although I have grown out of my Hello Kitty phase, my eyes and heart have been on MAC's Hello Kitty collection for quite some time now. I wouldn't mind getting my hands on this...

My favorite pastime obsession and my current obsession [make up] are colliding and i have a bad feeling my next paycheck won't be staying with me long.. <3

Day 05 - Your favorite thing to do

My favorite things to do include, eating, shopping, and sleeping. There really isn't much to write about for this one but here ya go, i'm answering it anyway. :)

Also, I often find myself rather content sitting at Starbucks on rainy days, just enjoying the under appreciated tranquility of solitude  :)

Day 04 - Your favorite foundation

I can't say the same for everything, but as for my foundation, i got lucky! The first and only foundation i tried, I absolutely loved so I stuck with it! Well, actually, it was recommended to me by a good friend so i owe it to her  :) It gives medium coverage, but tag teamed with Mac's Studio pressed powder, or whatever powder tickles your fancy [nothing translucent of course!], gives amazing coverage, leaving your face with a flawless but natural finish. <3

Day 03 - Your Favorite Brush

Have you ever been out and about somewhere and you needed to touch up your powder or bronzer so you reach into your bag for your powder brush, only to find that the walls of your makeup bag has only left you with a frayed and frazzled brush, that is in no shape to touch your face? Not to mention, there's powder all over your bag! Well, I have just the brush for you to try! The Eco Tools Retractable Kabuki brush is a vanity, as well as sanity, saver! It keeps your brush and your bag in tip top in shape! Well, as for the bag, no promises, but at least the blame won't be on the brush. ;) The bristles are as soft as can be and I haven't seen any fall outs yet! It's super handy for travel, as well as your everyday on-the-go makeup bag :D

Day 02 - Your favorite bag that you own

I am greatly apologetic for I have been neglecting this blog. The reason for that, being that I had not been taken a picture of my favorite bag. With that said, I do not have a favorite bag, however, I will show you my newest bag of the moment. I glide in and out of phases with bags, like with everything else. This will also be an outfit of the day, I suppose. This is the bag my mom got me for my birthday. It is a Red by Marc Ecko. My favorite thing about the bag, as well as what i always look for in a bag, is the fabric. It is very soft and confortable but the giant flower gives it the ability to dress up any outfit. :)

This picture was taken when we went out to dinner on Father's Day. The top, i bought at Forever 21 a few summers ago, so I'm not sure if you can still get your hands on it. =/ I paired it with a pair of cuffed denim shorts, also from Forever 21, which i'm sure you can still find because they have them every year. :) For shoes, I went super casual with an old pair of brown flip flops from abercrombie. On my nails, I have on Revlon's Make Mine Mango :)

Day 01 - your favorite eyeliner

Ah, yes. The first piece of real make up we all started wearing in middle school, not counting lip gloss of course. If there's one thing you should know about me before we get started here is that I am probably the most indecisive person you will ever meet and I can't choose favorites so please don't mind if i cheat and present you with 3 eyeliners that i absolutely adore. :)

First i have my favorite pencil/kohl liner, the Milani Liquif'eye. Goes on like a creamy liquid liner and dries almost instantly, settled for the rest of the day! After it sets, no smudge, no budge, no smear! (well i guess this isn't a good thing if you're looking for a smudgy eyeliner but if you're looking for that, i highly recommend the Covergirl Perfect Point Pencil :))

Next, my favorite cream liner is Physician Formulas'. They come in a pack of 3, stacked. They sell the colors packaged with the intention of helping your eye color pop. I bought the one for brown eyes [which includes black, brown, and purple] and i have been in love. It also comes with a little brush that works pretty well, for a little while, then starts to die. hahah but it's okay because i just bought another brush to use for it. :)

Lastly, my favorite liquid liner is NYX's super skinny felt tip liner. Winged liner has never been so easy!
